Services and Conditions of Use As part of our service, we agree to provide you with information and other services that we may decide to offer, subject to the terms of this agreement. Upon notice published through the service, we may modify this agreement at any time. You agree and continue to agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the policies and guidelines outlined below. Please note that you will be referred to as 'customer' in this agreement. You will need a wholesale account to log in and view wholesale prices. All prices displayed are exclusive of VAT. This is a wholesale/trade website. Our minimum order is £125 + VAT All goods supplied by Butler White remain the property of the vendor until such time as they are paid for in full. All goods sold through this site are sold as 'novelty goods'. Butler White Ltd cannot be held responsible for any injury caused by their use. Some products shown on this website may vary slightly from the images displayed from time to time. All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to Butler White within 2 days of the delivery date. All packages returned to us undelivered will be subject to an additional charge before being re-shipped. Delivery charge - For orders up to £500 delivery costs £10 Delivery charge - For orders over £500 delivery is £15 Delivery: We use Royal Mail Special delivery, TNT, FedEx, or UPS. Butler White cannot be held responsible for orders being delayed by incorrect information supplied during the checkout process. Returns: Faulty goods - send the item back to us with a note stating the problem, and the order reference number for the original purchase. We will exchange the item for you, or credit your account if this is not possible. Unwanted goods - Butler White do not operate a 'sale or return' policy. Any credit for goods returned to us as unwanted will be less a 30% restocking charge, subject to the following conditions: The goods must be unused The goods must be in their original condition & packaging The goods must be received by us within 10 days from the day you receive your order N.B. If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable Your credit card is charged in the name of Butler White Limited.
